BECOMING A LEADER

📖 1 Corinthians 11:1

• What does Paul primarily understand by leadership?

After Paul had founded several churches in Crete, he gave Titus the task of appointing leaders for this very young church. The following requirements applied to them:

📖 Titus 1:5-12

In a letter, Paul gave his disciple Timothy instructions on what he should pay attention to in order to appoint leaders in the somewhat larger and older church.

📖 1 Timothy 3:1-7

Peter also gives instructions on what is required of a leader.

📖 1 Peter 5:1-3
