BEING A SPIRITUAL FATHER

Goal: You begin to feel compassion and love for the lost and for your disciples, just as a father or mother has love for their children.

📖 Matthew 9:35-38

Questions:

• What emotion moved Jesus in this text and how does he show it?
• What was the occasion and ultimately Jesus' application to the situation?
• When was the last time you felt deep compassion and love for those seeking?

Pray together that you will have the same feelings that Jesus had!

📖 1 Timothy 1:1-2

Questions:

• In what way is Paul writing to Timothy here?
• What do these verses express in relation to the relationship between the two of them?
• Can you also love and honor your disciples as your own and true children?

Let the Holy Spirit give you a love for your disciples. Pray for them and speak prophetically over them!
