Preach the Gospel

The Dresden International Church  was founded on Jesus’ Great Commission as recorded in Matthew 28:19-20:
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

This mission is the foundation of our church. We want to share the Good News – the Gospel – in our daily lives and help people around us encounter Jesus.

Share Your Personal Testimony
An essential part of sharing the Gospel is telling your own testimony. In Luke 2:17-18, we read about how the shepherds, after encountering Jesus, simply shared what they had experienced:
“When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them.”

Sharing God’s Word doesn’t require you to know everything or to have been a Christian for a long time. It’s about sharing what you have personally experienced with God. Jesus wants to encounter every person today, just as He met the shepherds long ago. His desire is to transform lives: to heal broken hearts, comfort the grieving, and set those in bondage free.
Jesus came to this world to conquer sin – everything that separates us from God and damages our lives and the lives of others. This is a gift you can experience for yourself, and through you, others can experience the life-changing power of Jesus.

Practical Task:

Pray for People in Your Life
Start by creating a list of people you encounter regularly. Begin praying for them – ask God to bless their lives, heal their brokenness, and restore them through His power. Pray also for opportunities to share your testimony with them.
Identify two or three people as your personal VIPs (Very Important Persons). Meet with them regularly, be a genuine friend to them, and build authentic relationships. This isn’t about trying to “convert” people but about showing love and building meaningful friendships.
We believe that through genuine relationships, people will see the love of Jesus in you. When Jesus lives in you, His light shines through your life, and others can encounter Him through your example.
